For each of the following options, you can specify the font and background colour that you wish the associated text on the produced output to be displayed in. You may change the font by pressing the Change Font button and the background colour by clicking the Fill colour box or changing the value in the adjacent Fill combo box.
Page links appear at: Select here where the links to other pages in the catalogue will appear. There are three options available here:
top and bottom of each page: Links will appear above and below the main list area
top of each page: Links will appear above the main list area only
bottom of each page: Links will appear below the main list area only
Title: This title will appear at the top of your output files.
Collection properties: Check to have statistical information about your collection appear at the top of your output files. There are three options available here:
Total number of files: This will include the total number of music files in the collection that you catalogue
Total size of files: This will include the total size of the files in the collection that you catalogue
Total length of files: This will include the total length of music files in the collection that you catalogue
List properties: Check to have information about the catalogue appear at the top of your output files. There are three options available here:
List creation date: This will include the date of creating the output files
List creation time: This will include the time of creating the output files
Number of pages in list: This will include the number of pages that make up your output files
Column headings: Check this to have the column headings appear at the top of your lists.
